Idaho School District Council: Copier/Printer RFP 2026
Idaho School District Council is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for copier/MFD and printer/MFP hardware, service, and supplies.
Proposals will be accepted via online responses through Optimizon before Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM MT. For access codes to the online RFP system and a copy of the RFP invitation, contact Lisa Kitamura, Optimizon, lkitamura@optimizon.com. A link to a training video for the online tool provided by Optimizon will be included in the RFP invitation.
If you wish to be considered as a potential supplier by the Idaho School District Council, you must fully complete the online Request for Proposal as required.
Idaho School District Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity therein.
